Happy Hump Day

It’s Wednesday, and that means you’re at the top of the hump, and only two days away from the weekend! Amy Poehler, who plays the “cool mom” in Mean Girls would say: “I’m gonna make you girls a hump day treat!”

I honestly hate drinks that either have a million ingredients, or really complicated ones. There’s no way I’m going to simmer crystallized cranberries in a vanilla bean simple syrup (and yes, that was a real ingredient for a martini!). Gimme a break. It’s Wednesday, I’m tired, I’ve still got two more days to go, and I just want my damn drink.

Since this is my first post, I decided to grab a couple of things from my "likes" to share. Namely, they are tiramisu (chocolate and espresso makes mi su happy!), a corded dots pencil skirt from Anthropologie (pair it with a crisp white button-up and you're good to go), and a stunning shabby chic bedroom (so much white, but so much texture, oh my!).
